There are two ways to get Fell's Contract. One is through Sonia, another is through the secret shop in Chapter 30.

If you still don't believe me, google Fell Contract and click the first thing that pops up. I'll let you have your, um, moment of embarrassment. G'day, sir.

It was either killing lots of enemies with luck, or usin' arena. I am recording my FE7 playthrough currently. Check back, maybe in a few months, and you'll see.

There aren't any arenas after you recruit Nino that's why I asked.

There is no arena after you kill Nino, save on the chapter wih only five turns.
