The main point of this video is about boosting up metabolism. The higher your metabolism, the faster you burn calories. You can enable higher metabolism in multiple ways, all covered in this video.

If you want real evidence based research put into your training, this is the guy to consult. You're not getting quality workouts from Men's/Women's Health, Maxim, Cosmo, or most T-Nation magazines. You need concepts that have been tested scientifically and training that has been proven by results. This defines the difference between a "personal trainer" and a "strength and conditioning coach". Guess what this dude is. Legit.

He seems like a nice enough guy...my thoughts are what he says to do and his physiquedon't quite match...and I'll leave it at that. I put out programs, but I also put myself THROUGH the program and track my progress and experiment with clients using the principles
All good information, but how do you figure that cardio after exercising is better? I do my cardio before my weight bearing exercises and it helps me to lift more since I have good blood flow to the whole body. Is there an underlying reason to why you would do cardio after the exercise as opposed to before?
