Did the tofu come pre-smoked, or did you have to smoke it yourself? I haven't seen any prepared smoked tofu in stores around here...

Were the beans canned or dried and then cooked? Mostly asking for salt content. ;)

@kahlobloodline you can buy smoked tofu in stores around here, almost every brand sells a "smoked" kind.
