Also...the final Lord of the rings movie was released in 2003, while WoW was released in 2004 in america. so they couldn't have used the ideas from WoW to make it..lol...people should get their facts straight.

Im sorry, but what is so special about this game? I mean it looks kinda cool, but it looks.....cheesy. I dont know if thats the best word to describe what it seems to me, but I hope my meaning is understandable. Like from all the vids ive seen, its just lame. Pvp, looks horrible, the attacks look like someone looked at Ninja Gaiden or some shit, and it just doesnt look or seem like it would feel like an mmo.
Ninja Gaiden is one of my top 3 favorite games of all time... Anyway, the game offers a new world. That's all it is to me, exploring a new world, a beautiful on in this game. Flying is so damn fun, you get a huge sense of freedom. And the graphics are beautiful. The combat in this game is something the developers focused on as it's a large part of the game.
I played....: WoW, Ragnarok Online, Warhammer Online, FFXI, Age Of Conan, Hellgate London, Diablo 2, and SO many other ones I can't remember right now. Aion offers the following:
- Beautiful new world and characters.
- New twist in combat with flight.
- Several features taken from other MMOs to improve gameplay.
- Excellent graphics
- It's fun.
That last one is all I need in a game really... Something fun and new. Aion does that for me.
I haven't even played deep enough to know for sure.
This game will become Free To Play in february/2012 thumbs up so all can see this
