@WhiteMaleRights Riiight. And how ofter do you see taekwondo crescent or tornado kicks or spinning heel kicks. Sure they exist in MMA. but thats the same reason bruce lee invented jeet kun do. Theres too much flashy spins and all kindsa BS like that and in TKD too. Thats why the simple yet HIGHLY effective high or low kicks in kb or mt is ideal for MMA. Only the masters of TKD can find practical applications for it in the cage.

@mrsuperterd a kick has much more energy. But even besides the energy your legs have much more muscle and are alot stronger. Elbows and knees are the hardest parts of your body but are hard to generate alot of power without holding a person unless it's a flying knee or of the person moves into it.
