jepamisschien I've only been lifting for 12 years, not 20. :) I use to do it just the same when I was 18 and 150 pounds with my old CBR1000F. Just grab front brake, compress the springs and then lean back and let go of the brake. I'm a little dissappointed my shocker didn't come off a little more apparent.
i'm 1,90 (thats bout 6ft10 i believe) and i cant do it either,so its just in the technique i think.I 'm to scared it ll flip over to the right:( but the dude in the vid makes it look awesome :D

tried it with mine..didnt work out.training for 5 years in the gym now. think this guy has been training for 20 years :P
