  • @CorkSport can you help me with my decision between a CAI or a SRI??? what works better with these cars

  • @ elchicoboy Its just you. That's how mine sounds! You know this is the turbo model, right?

  • @CorkSport do you have any "combo" packs for a 2010 mazda 3 s 2.5l??

  • with a price like that, id deffiantly get it

  • that car sounds bad (as in really bad shape) or is it me? mine's older and i don't have that sound, i mean it has that sound but doesn't sound that loud. by the way, does this fit on a 2007-08 mazda 3? 2.0 litre engine. if so will the price still be 239$?

  • Have you noticed any kind of MPG gains? Would be small I'm sure, but I've heard people mention better fuel efficiency and was wondering if there is any data behind that.

Wish we could have racepipes in CA :(

  • it throws a MAF code at me when i put it on, WHY? i just dont get it

  • Hey Corky I did some more researchin' and it appears with just an CS SRI system it puts out less hp and tq at low range (1600~ 2750 rpm). Also the power comes in late, 1600rpm (stock) vs 1700 rpm (intake). There's massive torque loss@ 2500rpm, 200tq (stock) vs 175 (intake), though I see great benefits from mid to high range with the intake. With the CS racepipe added it gets power gain at all range, even at very low rpms and power comes in starting at 1400rpm. I would need racepipe. do u agree?

  • Well, the big question is what are you going to use it for. My opinion - you're going to use the high end hp and midrange torque far more than the tire burning low end. This car doesn't even have a permanent traction control defeat mechanism like the first gen.

  • I want improved power at all range of rpm starting from low bottom, like under normal driving. I would like extra power / response at low rpms whenever I want it. And yea, for racing this wouldn't much of issue cause after hard shifts you won't be at low rpms, it'll be like at 4000 rpm or so no chance getting power loss when accelerating. but for me I want low power and responsiveness too. Thanks for your reply! Right now i'm short on budget but soon will get the CS SRI & RP at the same time.

  • And yes I would agree - do the intake and the rp. it's a great combo.

  • I also love the fact you included details and graphs for each product you carry on the website. It's the best website I have seen so far. Please keep up your great work! Thanks again.

  • Wow those gains are amazing even with just an intake (CS SRI i take it?). i think i can install the CS SRi myself but where can i get the CS Racepipe installed? isn't installation very important? like u can't have any leaks or something? I need a reputable place where they install this. any recommendations? thanx

  • Yep. It's a drastic change from stock with the intake installed alone. The Racepipe replaces the factory midpipe between the catback and the turbo downpipe and we have direct stock replacement versions that seal perfectly to the stock system with a 65mm outlet. Any exhaust shop can install these - they're a direct bolt up and come with full installation instructions with video supplements. This is a simple job and anyone with a set of safe jackstands and a jack can do it in their garage.

  • that's cool... i checked out your website and i think i will rely on your site for my 2010 ms3 mod needs.... thanx again.

  • @CorkSport Hi im really considering getting both the intake and racepipe but i was wondering if they void the warranty i dont think the intake would but the race pipe im not sure. Do you know by any chance?

  • No. Stock BPV. Gains were 51hp over stock at the wheels, ~43tq if I can recall correctly. I know the HP is 51, but I'm at home right now and don't have the exact figures. It made more torque, less HP with the intake and racepipe with 50tq, 41hp and the dp swapped that, but with a tune, the dp, rp and intake will make far more than without the dp.

  • Did you replace the BPV?

  • how much gain to the wheels are you getting with all that stuff (CorkSport Power Series Intake, Turbo Inlet Pipe, Racepipe, and Downpipe) added? the stock one is @ 231whp & 270 wtq.
