  • @lmMeghh Nestle is 4 years old, he has had lettuce every day of his life. green leaf, red leaf and romaine are all recommended by the house rabbit society and a staple in his diet. iceberg lettuce can give bunnies diarrhea and is not very nutritious so it should be avoided.

  • this reminds me of my bunny :D

  • what breed of rabbit is this??

  • @629cksmith he's a mini lop. but he's 7.5-8 lbs now so he's a little large for a mini lop! (maxi lop)

  • Omg my rabbit looks totaly the same n grunts

  • For some reason i laughed histerically when i saw the tittle to this video on the suggestions lol

  • Can I see the part where he eats the lettuce/carrot?? He's soo cuute!!

  • I always wanted a rabbit as a kid. We got a dog when I was ten, and I have been a dog person since. Not that I never thought of a bunny, but your video makes me wish I had one all over again, and I am fifty four. You would think I would learn my lesson after having five doggies all at once about how much work is involved, but again. I see the way the bunny tries to talk to you and I am envious.

  • @friscolane OMG, you should get one! there are so many sad bunnies in shelters just waiting to find a home where they can run around and be happy! there are shelters/rescues in every state and you can find adoptable bunnies on petfinder. i learned as i went along...all about having a house bunny.(HRS house rabbit society online will give you all the info you could need) they are pretty neat and clean pets, they use a litterbox and they clean each other constantly. (i have 2 lops)

  • Love him

  • Hes. So cute

  • i was watching this and my lop eared was laying next to me adn when you said you want some lettuce his ears perked up

  • @xxrawrsnstuffxx that's so cute! say banana...that's when mine go crazy!

  • "hey what you say?"

    "nonono"

  • Who on Earth could possibly not like this?

  • "HEY! LADY! MORE FOOD DOWN HERE!" XD

  • My rabbit's have funny moments too in the house, but I wish they did this.

  • I've had my bunny for almost 4 monthes, do you need to have bunnies fixed? My bunny loves watermelon.

  • PENIS

  • My rabbit does that, but only when he's horny...

  • is he neuted? that sound like a hormonal grunt/buzz! also lettice is bad for them and bananas should be fed as a once or twice a month treat as then contain alot of sugar! however saying all that, he is very very cute!!

  • @TheEmmeey yes, and this video was taken 3 years ago before he was neutered. he doesn't honk/grunt as much now. romaine, green leaf and red leaf lettuce is ok for them...iceberg is not recommended because it can give them diarrhea. yes, he has a banana addiction i'm afraid...he gets a piece(about an inch long) everyday and he's not happy until he gets it!

  • @freyjess Aww yh one of my females was VERY buzzy before she was spayed! mine LOVE strawberries! if tey had it there way, they would have them daily! but they get them every month or so! I always like to have a fruit/veg, they go nuts for, but don't get regularly! its a good way for if they need medicine, they will eat that type or veg/fruit with the medicine on, tho one of mine will only take her medince on a little peice of bread *rolls eyes*

  • what breed of bunny and what gender ... im researching and am trying to see what most fellow youtubers have

  • @HorseyHow2Channel he's a boy and a mini lop. (although he's a little large for a mini lop at 7.5 lbs)

  • my bunny is a lionhead called flopper and if i pet him he stays still like hes scared and when i hold him he kicks till he gets down and he runns from me alot....if we get him nutered will he be more nice?...and he also bites if i put my hand near his face and hr growls!

  • @TheAaron1924 most rabbits don't like to be picked up, they get scared. they feel safer on the ground. yes, after they are neutered they are usually more calm. i have one that growls and lunges at my hand if i put it near her face too.

  • @TheAaron1924 i think it's because she doesn't see very well right in front where her nose is (they have a blindspot) and also because she's very protective of anything that she thinks is hers. so i don't try to pet her when she is in "her" house or "her" litterbox because i know she'll be mad!

  • @freyjess btw its a guy...a he not she...but he did get nutired today so i guess he counts as a she...

  • @TheAaron1924 oh good, i'm glad he got neutered...i bet he will be calmer now and maybe more friendly too?

  • @freyjess yeh he has gotten way calmer :D

  • omgeeee :D its so adorable :D:D:D my bunny is like urs C: everytime i walk to the door, it runs up to me then circles my feet :D

  • @dragonlova64 ♡ ♡ ♡

  • That bunny sounds like it's saying "Nom nom nom nom nom" in Heavy Weapon Guy's voice.

  • my bunny did that when she was angry cause i moved something in her cage for example haha

  • Feonalilly@what happens if you do put your rabbit hardwood floors?

  • Did you give him the lettuce? D:>

  • @DrossRotzank he gets a salad everyday, romaine lettuce, parsley, dandelion and a banana on top!

  • woman: you want some carrot ?

bunny: say what ?! i see no carrot ! DONT TEASE ME IF YOU DONT HAVE ANY FOOL !!!

  • @TheLilboo1996 he got his breakfast!

  • hahaha aww soo cute :3

  • so cute

  • my rabbit will not walk on hardwood. you're so lucky

  • He's so cute!

  • Lady: "What? What you say?? "

    Bunny:"baab..baabbb..baaabb..baab!"

Translator:"We come in Peace! We come in Peace!

  • Its morse code f..e..e..d..m..e..

Thats so cute how the bunny looks up like "hey howzit going?"

  • That means he likes you!!

  • "LET ME IIIN"

  • this is perhaps the cutest bunny in the universe

  • @EdMcStinko thank you...he's a good bunny!

  • He's saying nom nom nom because he's hungry! :D

  • My rabbit makes a grunt noise when I swing my hand back and forth. She also go to bite. Does she hate me? She wont come near me and she freezes when i pet her.

  • @DanMarik Maybe spaying will help.

  • @SuperCheesetastic yes, spaying is important even if they're alone. female bunnies that aren't spayed have a great chance of getting ovarian/uterine cancer. it also changes their behavior, makes them less aggressive.

  • @DanMarik i don't know what kind of rabbit you have but my lops really don't see well right in front of their face so if put my hand in front of their face near their nose they will sometimes lunge and try to bite because they're scared and they don't know what it is! also if you put your hand in her space, like her cage or box or whatever she has they can be aggressive because they are protecting their stuff.maybe take her somewhere she's not used to and see if she behaves differently?

  • @freyjess The lunging at my hand is probably due to eyesight. But when I go into her cage she freezes. But If I run my hand along the cage she active... Also she nips me. Most of the time its the chin or neck. Is this dominance or affection?

  • @DanMarik yes, spaying is important even if they're alone. female bunnies that aren't spayed have a great chance of getting ovarian/uterine cancer. it also changes their behavior, makes them less aggressive.

  • @DanMarik Our bunny took many months to get nicer. It can take time. She still grunts and even attacks when we go give her hay, or if she's hungry. But the 'freezing' thing doesn't necessarily sound bad.

  • @DanMarik when rabbits grunt its because they are horny and want to hump something. If they are being aggressive like that it is because of sexual frustration

  • @pinktails6 My rabbit is a girl?

  • Thats amazing that you understand the bunnies language

  • wow that bunny is really playfull

  • he sounds like the team fortress 2 heavy he is a good cosplayer lol

  • epp epp up epp ep

  • Aww!! I love how it just hops up to you when you come! That bunny wuvs wu!

  • @MidnaRocks1000 he loves when i feed him, that's for sure!

  • That's one of those faces that has been scientifically proven to be impossible to say no to.

  • @BlitztheDragon TRUE!

  • Sounds like "HI HI HI HI" >.<

  • My bunny did that too.

  • he's saying "GIMME KISSES, STOP TEASES ME MOM!"

  • oh it's a pig-bunneh acting like a dog :D

  • we use a water squirt bottle to intercept bunnies doing something bad. they know when we pick it up that they better stop. works great on cats, too. just don't use near electric outlets!

  • That is so adorable! My bunny purrs, haha. I loved the noise though :)

  • are theses things like loafy eared dogs? is incredibly smart

  • I was concerned about my lionhead lop eared and he made sounds just like this when he saw me, only thing is there alot more faint then this, I was worried might be respiratory but he only does it when I go to him, I am still going to take him for a check up! I assume though grunting but can never be to safe.

  • He/She looks so happy! can tell they loves you!:)

  • Cute

  • That bunny is turned on. :3

  • so cute! <3

  • my rabbits do this when they eat something reaaly sweet and tasty lol like they are letting eachother know how good the food it :) love it! fantastic little creatures!! xxx

  • I SAID I'M A MOTHERFUCKING BUNNY AND I CANT TALK GIVE ME FOOD NOW

  • @SamuraiMC18 he probably would say that...

  • he is mad or he is trying to talk to u

  • @magenta311 he was just hungry and that's how he was letting me know...he only does that at breakfast time then he's all set for the day!

  • Hey, just so you know, I heard that lettuce is bad for them cuz it can make them have diariea... Not 100% sure though, but I heard it from a website, so I'm not sure if I can believe it... Also @ Lovingirl80, you should never hit your bunny. When ever I'm with my bun and he does something bad, I stomp my feet a few times, cuz bunnies stomp their feet when they are angry or nervious, so it tells him I dont like what he's doing. :]

  • I feel bad I spanked my bunny for putting a hole in the carpet. :-(

  • @Lovingirl80

my bunny literally ate through my ethernet cable :L i was pretty mad so instead of softly spanking him i just made loud noises and he got quit and was staring at me for some time after that i just gave him something to eat and everything was ok =)

  • @Lovingirl80 NO, don't ever spank a bunny! they have very delicate spines and get get hurt easily. give your bunny something to dig, like a box of shredded paper or old phone book...they love to chew and dig!

  • @freyjess I'm sorry.

  • @freyjess Is it okay to walk a rabbit on a leash?

  • my basset hound looks like this bunny lol. wut

  • Cannot believe your rabbit hasn't jumped over that child proof fence thing, my rabbit used to have such an incredibly high jump, he would jump onto the windowsill and we were like ah!

  • My bunny does this noise but really quiet when He runs around me!

  • oh my god how cute! shes like a little puppy how she came over awww!

  • My rabbits gets mad and grunts when she feels like we ignore her...haha

  • My rabbit makes that noise too XD

  • i wish my bunny made that cute noise lol

  • Lol!

  • like a dog :D

  • "

oh yes! plz give me lettuce!"

  • Doesn't grunting me angry or upset or something? Or is it just like a dog's barking?

    {btw: Why is beardeddragon21's commented negatively voted? It's not like he/she was calling anyone a retard or something. They just misunderstood something =/ (Honestly, I thought that too... mainly bcz I thought iceberg lettuce was the only kind of lettuce)}

  • This kinda sounds like horny grunting mine used to do before he was neutered.

  • @jessi330 lol... we named our bunny bumble because of the horny grunting noises he made

  • @jessi330 Mine used to do that, too. Then, once, he turned around and sprayed me! I got suspicious of his grunting after that!

  • It looks like my old rabbit...Bunicula!

  • @Rabscuttle02 Bunicula? You mean like a mix of the words Bunny and Dracula? I remember reading a book called that when I was a little kid.

  • I have a male rabbit who is about 6 months old, and recently, my aunt's rabbit had babies. They brought them over so we could see them, and my rabbit got very territorial and started making low noises. It sounded like low grunts. Why was he acting like that?

  • umm not to be mean or anything but lettuce is poisonus to rabbits. cabbage is fine but lettuce isnt. also try some strawberries they love that! by the way your rabbit is sooo cute!

  • he sownd like thme fortress 2 hevy eating a sandmich

  • Soooo cute :)

  • too cute

  • does anyone else think that the rabbit's face looks like a ball-sack attached to a larger ball-sack?

idk... maby im just weird like that.

  • @MrKennykickass I think you are just weird like that, haha

  • Haha my bunny makes that noise when I play with him it's so cute :D

  • omg i want a bunny

  • beardeddragon u are wrong a rabbit can eat some types of lettuce lettuce

  • sheesh wsh i could use a gte for my rabbit my rabbit would hop that in a day

  • @honeyXbear666 I had an indoor fence for a large dog and it worked find for my two rabbits. They were both about 8 to 10 pounds and the fence could be adjusted to create a large area.

  • What a sweetie :)

  • Aaawwww... That's SO cute. XD

  • Omg I want a rabbit, but my snake would probably try to eat it.

  • AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW

  • my bunny used to make that honking noise too until I got him altered :(

  • Yeah, this is a rabbit "honking," not "grunting." Males honk if they haven't been neutered all the time; after getting neutered they stop. All rabbits (but females more often) will grunt and charge to show how ferocious they are. The sounds are different.

  • My black rabbit grunts when she doesn't like something and She's a female

  • that is quite possibly the cutest noise i have ever heard.

  • aw, he's so cute. i've never heard mine grunt before

  • The bunny had his manhood chopped off , hes not trying to hump

  • aww my bunny kisses me <3

  • @StrawberryGirl0305 exoticpets,about,com/cs/rabbits/a/rabbitsfeeding,htm

  • My bunny looks just like that c:

  • Awww, How adorable! Great video, enjoyed a lot. Take a look at my bunny videos.

  • hella cute

  • WOW you have a bunny and a kitty!!! you are lucky!!!

  • my rabbit does that whyy

  • aaaawwww, i want one

  • @shaloobee01

Yeah that's just fucking adorable humping ur leg and all

  • I think i died of all that cuteness. :D

  • this rabbit is DAMN cute =]

My rabbit grunts and tries to hump my leg and chases me non-stop, if I get on the lounge to get away from him coz his so big he jumps up =O

  • It means he's horny.....i found that out the hard way......had one get ahold of my arm and decide to go to town on it.

  • That means its happy. :)

  • how have you made your rabbit and cat co-habitate? My pets are not working out so good so far...

  • I died of cuteness!

  • i think the rabbit is trying to say "come in here"

  • i had a white and black spotted rabbit a few years ago and he used to growl like a dog, lol! when i gave him a girlfriend to play with, he never got her pregnant...even though he was bought from Petland Discounts not neutered. he had died sometime around 2003, along with his girlfriend. they were both named Bane (from the animated Batman cartoons) and Lola Bunny (from Space Jam.)

  • how cute!

  • nyaw nyaw nyaw~

  • my rabbit is so mean she bites EVERYONE

  • Running Circles: If a rabbit is running circles around your legs, that is usually as sign that it wants to play and/or is happy to see you. Know that you are well-loved by your bunny if you are circled like this!

Grunting: An irritated rabbit will make a grunting noise. Pregnant doesn't prone to doing this. Also, does that are ready to breed will often whine until they feel they are pregnant or they are no longer ready to breed.

  • Aw.... he ran up to you to say hi... so cute~

  • why are u talking to a rabbit ?

  • My rabbit does this when he's hungry. Mini lop?

Also to the person who mentioned iceberg lettuce, it's not unhealthy for rabbits. It's just water and has no nutritional value. Water doesn't kill rabbits, but if that's all you feed them, they're obviously not getting nutrients. I give my pets romaine instead.

  • he is so cute, how he just runs up to the gate

  • I have an un neutered male lop eared bunny and he makes this grunt kind of sound, but he usually does it while stomping his foot and turning away from me so I took it as a "this is me pissed" kind of sound. other than that, my bunny is really quiet.

  • Owwwwwwwwww SOOOO cute I have a mini lop bunny that grunts all the time. And is your name freya because thats my name!!!

  • he a bad bun lol

  • kawaii!

  • @beardeddragon21 he eats romaine lettuce every day and sometimes green or red leaf lettuce. iceberg lettuce is not good for them because it has too much water in it.

  • @freyjess red cabbage also hits the spot on these little guys

  • @freyjess Yes indeed.

  • @freyjess youre only supposed to feed lettuce in small portions. It CAN make them very sick.

  • @beardeddragon21 I give my bunny popcron apples its her favorite. is good for them?

  • @beardeddragon21 If a rabbit was in the wild, it would eat different types of lettuces. Rabbits need vegatables and lettuces in their diets, it's extremely important.

  • @beardeddragon21 you have obviously never owned a rabbit as you would know that it is the water content in iceburg lettuce that will make a rabbit ill. It is suggested that a rabbit is given at least two cups of greens a day, and a majority of that can be lettuce.

  • @beardeddragon21 You sir need to go to a magical place called a pet store.

  • @beardeddragon21 You are right and wrong. MOSTLY wrong. One called iceberg lettuce can make them ill. But otherwise

  • @beardeddragon21 grrrrr

  • @beardeddragon21 yes u can only if u feed them ROMAINNE LETTUCE i used to be a rabbit breeder and i think i know more than u

  • @beardeddragon21

    wahaha?!

  • Bunnies make the strangest noises xD

  • so cute
