@harlemkiid149 cash for clunkers? it was a program started by the president a few years back. it was for cars that were beaters, or not worth anything, and the idea was that you trade them in and they would be destroyed afterwards. but the trade in value was higher than normal. TONS of decent cars were destroyed and now some parts are harder to find. b-13's i would assume took a big hit from that.
