Is muffler delete the same thing as taking the CAT off?

No,... Mufflers Being off is just that,.. Mufflers off, The Cats are Located behind the Manifolds, The Manifolds are on your Engine. If you had Headers on your Camaro,... The Cats would be directly behind the Headers.

I got the same thing done on my IBM 2SS except the X-pipe. What's the benefit of the X-pipe in terms of sound and performance? Thanks

I never had the Dynoed before or after having the X-Pipe put on so i couldnt tell you what the difference would be by adding the X-Pipe to it sorry, I know Nascar Car uses them in their cars tho.

Well,. The Magnaflow Tru X X-pipe cost me $78.xx from AutoAnything with a %10 Off Coupon, I went down to the local Muffler Shop that I always use and they Removed the Stock Mufflers, The Stock H-Pipe and Stock Resonators and then Installed the X-Pipe and Stock Exhaust Tips on Straight Pipes, I walked out paying about $220 for the Work to be done.

In Real Life the Car Sounds F`ing AWESOME!!! and Not that Loud Really...

I Recommend It To Do Highly.....

Yeah I think removing the Stock Mufflers, Stock Resonators and H-Pipe and adding the X-Pipe was one of the Best Things I've done to the Camaro so far, I think it's done the most for it even over the AirAid CAI System and DiabloSport Perdator,... It's Given the Camaro a Better Sound and Added Performance Plus it was Cheaper to do over all the other things... I'm a Very Happy 2SS Owner.
