Thank you for sharing the video. I personally and strongly dislike linking coaching primarily and specifically to remedial issues. Performance problems form one area of performance coaching for sure; there is also the cultural aspects of using coaching as a style of leadership and for the use in generative problem solving - where do you refer to these?
