i love casting crowns. ever since i turned from my sinful past, life has been great! hard, but great. yes it was difficult to turn away from sin but it was worth it because i cant think of life without GOD. GOD BLESS EVERYONE :)

@dubbledeeedd Saved means that one is saved from eternal death, as long as they stay faithful to God and follow Jesus' commands in the Bible. If a person is saved, he will not want to do what ever he wants; he will want to please God in all he does. No I am not Baptist, I am Conservative Mennonite.

@MrMapplebar The Holy Bible is a Christ follower's armor, user manual for live and most importantly God-breathed. There are so many verses on what it means to be saved there. Please reference, cross-reference and study. (Do not take one sole verse possibly pulled out of context and base your life decisions on it.) Once you give your life to Christ he says..."If anyone should come after me he must deny himself, take up his cross daily and follow me." Luke 9:23

Read. and yes ihave read that luke 9:23. but to take our cross and follow him does not mean that we will never sin again, if that were true, both you and I and every one would still be damned, even if we accepted christ into our lives, because if there is one thing people love to do, its keep on sinning. instead god wants us to, when we , we get back up,

@MrMapplebar The only one that can separate us from God is ourselves. It's fine to give yourself to Christ, but you have to repent of your sins and make a complete change, which means no more desire to do that which is wrong. If we do sin(we are still human and are prone to sin), we have to confess right away. It doesn't take care of future sins. You can't confess things that happen in the future, that is not Biblical.
