@Necronomer666 Lol I'm not the video maker. Anyway no I've never played one, since hardly anyone has one, and there is no UK stockist (something Vader should sort out imo). I know Vader cabs are good, and I've heard they're the untimate metal cabinet. Also the 480 watts thing is just that you'll have more headroom, it will probably sound more open and organic. The 2x12 version has 240watt, so it'll be more reasonable.

@Necronomer666 It's a different guitar sound. What head do you use, that will determine the sound, and the cab will taint it the same way a guitar does, cos for death metal, people use 5150/6505's, Rectifiers, Engls, whereas doom metal and black metal would be better done on a british style amp ala Marshall, orange.

I'll search them. i personally don't like the sound of Dual Rectifiers, or Mesa amps in general. I prefer a more mid-boosted sound. Either way, if you like the tone, then it's fine for the music you play. Have you got the Mesa cab? Since I don't think the Vader will have a significant improvement of the sound of a Mesa cab.

It was recorded with a triple rec and a 6505 two tracks on each side both thru a mesa cab, i dont currently own a mesa cab i have a marshall 2*12 with vintage 30's in it. But i need an upgrade to a 4*12 for live stuff as we are playing bigger stages now. The toss up is between getting a vader or a mesa but the mesa being way more pricey. thanks for the help too btw

@Necronomer666 It's fine, I'm glad to help. The live vids are good. I loved the track Grievance, it has a very Norwegian black metal feel to it. Could easily be a Mayhem or Gorgoroth track. Good work!
@deathblackthrashing cool Marduk are my Favourite. Mortuus has an amazing voice seen them twice live and they are deadly! Watain are a huge influence on me too! Mayhem are ok i love ordo but amnt mad on their other stuff. Altar of Plagues are an awesome Irish Black Metal Band
@Necronomer666 Marduk are great, but Mayhem are kinda boring sometimes. Deathcrush has to be their best. I'm much more into the ambient/melodic/depressive side of black metal though. I'd love to see a well known black metal band live, but they just don't seem to ever play in the north of England.
@deathblackthrashing check out altar of plagues then youd like those guys. alot of bands will play there you jsut gotta find the underground venues and that. most of them wont play bigger venues. Marduk did a full tour of over 100 dates this year they must have played there lol

@Necronomer666 Hmm I don't go to gigs very often as my parents don't like me going. The Newcastle academy is good. And I know, theres a pub called the Angel in Durham which specializes in metal bands, the Durham Live Lounge, which I believe you can hire, and The Cluny in Newcastle.
