I feel as if Blizzard did some Secret Santa stuff and switched up each races ability. Terran got Dark Swarm, Zerg got Carriers, Protoss was left out and got a weird AoE Defense Matrix.......Toss got stiffed >_>

Ya i see why the new observers would look less like the probe picture not but i never really had a chance to zoom in a an observer and watch how it looks since i don't have the beta or anything like that

the scv is a terran builder unit and it is able to attack marines but is not very good at it

or something like

the scv is a terran builder unit and it is able to attack other scv's the scv's arnt as good as bw becuase of their 15 hp nerf and so when they attack the other scv's they wont be very good at it due to less hp (see lenghty but crap)

so yes it is the inside cause it looks confusing

the new observer is no longer just a cylinder so thats why the probe portrait wouldnt make much sense for it/it looks like the probe

All my comments are about the video and they are pretty generous in length so its now like i'm spamming "aw cool picture" and that's it. My comments meet the rules of the competition and there are no limits on the amount of comments we can post. The old archon portrait looked super epic how he was all blue and covered in his blue aura thing. The new one shows a whole lot of face and the blueness around him isn't as thick as before. Maybe i'm just really stuck on the old portraits :O

Didn't the old photon cannons use to stand up a little in starcraft broodwar whenever they started hitting something? now it looks like they float there all day. Maybe they use to hover and i never really noticed.

Still after even more debate with myself i gotta say the sentry is the best unit that they have. Not only does it own air and have a helpful bubble shield but it has Force Field!! Can't imagine what the Koreans are gonna do with that thing.

The dark templar portrait doesn't look ninja enough =/ they used to have that cool cloth that covered their faces. Now it looks like the stalkers stole it.

I wonder how the protoss made the archons have much more defined faces (before it was just a silhouette in energy but now you can even see armor and their faces clearly) I wonder if it has something to do with the being able to merge with DT now to get archons

@RandomMega14 Naw, just better animators :p The lore says they were created by mistake but were accepted. They are suposed to be two HTs merging their souls and then they constantly radiate energy but it's still a HT so now you can see their old armour and such.. Well that's what I think coupled with some facts

yeah the carriers picture is how I imagined the pheonix portrait to be (slim and snazzy) and the pheonix portrait is how I imagined the carriers portrait to be (hard set and determined looking)

I think both of those portraits are portraying the opposite of what they should so really I think they both look a bit off (just switch them and it would make perfect sense to me)

I think that the pylon picture was transferred to the mothership and the pylon got the generic protoss building icon (if im wrong  then yes both the pylon and mothership have that icon)
