Well the limited edition is coming out june 30...but there are places that are saying that the regular versions arent coming out till next month.

The Limited Edition is the best version though. Comes with the soundtrack featuring all 42 songs and some other cool goodies, such as a special case. I honestly can't wait for this game either. I'm a big fan of JFighters.
