I used to live in a Liberal region and had really easy effective recycling. I moved to a Conservative area and now the local recycling programs just suck. Interesting, your point on listening to what citizens have to say - I'd thought, and think similar - so I won't put that in my video LOL....but I worry about the skeptics and their habits.
