We were just throwing off the back porch of the guest house. for fun befor we went out later in the day. There is a fridge, old bench, and sign down ther, compliments of Katrina!!!!!!!!! Yes the net came from the local Wal Mart.

if you throw the net around boat ramp, beach, and marsh you would catch alot more

wow you cant just judge people on how they throw there are many ways to throw a cast net. i should know i own up to 5ft net to 14 and i use diffrent ways to throw each one

I throw my net like this also. I use it for my 5 and 8 foot net.. Instead of looping the net once though I do it 5 times with my 8 foot.
