nice moves i can almost do an gainer but i cant land it right i think i need to put more of a spin to it i have only been doing parkour for a few months and i can alredy do b kick front tuck side handstand kong and loads of other moves my mate keza he is a brill teacher but i also teach him moves great work (Y)
