there pretty good for wheelchair accessiblity, but for a room you have to have a cetain type but plenty of space for wheelchairs. Door\s are very wide

The ship looks amazing...ive been on six cruises---3 with NCl---2 with Royal Carribean---and 1 with Carnival.....carnival is not so good royal carribean is better but NCL is best

Just visited Independence of the Seas at the Aker Shipyards. Bugger is almost ready to go, just needs a little more paint and then the final clean up. Next they'll be building the 2 Genesis class ships and they are going to be even bigger then these three. :)

I know they are nice, fact is I've been on Princess so many times, not so many but this would be my third and all their ships are basically the same!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 same menu, you name it like nothing changes. Been on Grand and Sapphire and now Crown and I expect it to be the same. I'll definitely enjoy it but Freedom looks so fun and I'm young. Have fun on Liberty!

I hope you have fun thats a pretty nice ship. Princess's ships are all very nice. Well I just got off a cruise a couple days on jewel of the seas it was a Scandanavian cruise, it was great. But in November im going on Liberty of the seas(Freedoms sister ship) i cant wait for that. Anyways I hope you have a lot of fun on your cruise. Im sure it will be great.

I WANT TO GO ON IT!!!!:'( Unfortunately its so expensive, my family and I were going to go on the Independence of the Seas to Europe but then it was too expensive and so we are going to Southern Caribbean on the Crown Princess. I have to wait till 2009 to go but seems as they will build a bigger ship. :D

I have also been on QM2 I agree it is the nicest LUXURY ship in the world, no doubt about it. But i perfer my vacations to be unique. Like with Freedom of the seas. No other cruise company in the world has an ice rink on there ship or a rockwall or a flowrider or a waterpark(I could go on alot longer with this list but i dont have all day. But both ships are good in diffrent ways.

I know cruiseing (been on lots of royal caribbean cruise ship i think almost all of them and my grandparent have been on the queen mary 2 and they say if your looking for a fun cruise freedom of the seas is the best ship for it I was just on it last november and its awsome personal I think its better then QM2.

by the way, the freedom of the seas is the largest CRUISE SHIP, the QM2 is the largest OCEAN LINER. (an ocean liner takes people from point a to point b, a cruise ship just goes around everywhere for fun)

its may look skanky but all ships nowadays do iam afraid ships like the titanic are no linger allowed to be built due to too much pollution that ship weighs more than the queen mary 2 but is much smaller i have been on the queen mary 2 and it is huge although some ships are under construstion which are supposedly sre to be bigger than her but i doubt that!

No, the Genesis class boats which RCL is building to first come out in 2009 will be way bigger than the Queen Mary 2. We're talking blowout. This (and the future Liberty and Independence of the Seas coming this May or June and next) is a little bigger but I consider it a tie overall as the Queen Mary 2 is a little longer and wider. But Genesis will break this tie!

QM2 is a legend and an inheritor to 167 years of history. She is far more luxurious than any cruise ship. She is not a cruise ship. Shes an ocean liner!

Thank you for that. QM2 doesn't need a rock wall , wave rider, or ice rink to be completely unique in a world filled with cruise ships. She will remain the only ocean liner in the world after QE2 retires in 2008. Queen Mary 2 is still the largest ocean liner in the world and shes the one who will be in history books. Freedom is alot more "fun" but QM2 delivers an experience that Royal Carribean can't.

I hate you! I also had tickets for Freedom's maiden voyage but my parents sold them because they thought the itinerary was to similar to what we did on Voyager. So instead we were the first people to ever book on Liberty of the Seas but high school finals and graduation forced us to have to go on the fourth cruise.
