You should specify the technical term: reciprocal altruism. Also, the reasoning in the video is incorrect. Obviously animals don't kill the ones who do not reciprocate; they will merely stop helping them in the future. Those who were selfish, only benefited in the very short run, as they failed to create long standing symbiotic relationships.
Why not choose a real-life example? My personal favorite are the vampire bats who share blood with the group members that come short that night.
