  • I dont see where in nature we come from a hyperextended spine to complete flexion, how is this functional, just like if you push a car/human away from you yoru pecs are not fully lenghtened before shortening them, just a thouhgt! Also does the ribcage not travel cranially here when going all that way back on the ball. Good technique thought no doubt.

  • What about the TVA during crunches exercises? It seems that your model is pushing her abs out when performing the SB crunche and finish by using her psoas(around 4:10 on the video). Would you recomand to tilt the pelvic up to avoid psoas firing and keep the belly button in?
