I dont see where in nature we come from a hyperextended spine to complete flexion, how is this functional, just like if you push a car/human away from you yoru pecs are not fully lenghtened before shortening them, just a thouhgt! Also does the ribcage not travel cranially here when going all that way back on the ball. Good technique thought no doubt.
What about the TVA during crunches exercises? It seems that your model is pushing her abs out when performing the SB crunche and finish by using her psoas(around 4:10 on the video). Would you recomand to tilt the pelvic up to avoid psoas firing and keep the belly button in?
you wasted half of the video showing us what we already see people doing.
