Thanks for the email the other day...sorry I didnt get back with you earlier. Its been a crazy week! =D I think I may order that book (not the surgeons book~the other one) because you are the second person to recommend it. Thanks for the protein reviews...I did look at the Nectar (flavored) and it is artificially sweetend =( I ordered ISOPURE unflavored because it has 50grams of protein per serving, and it is supposed to mix well into anything, we'll see about that ;o) Thanks for the info!
Thanks for the well wishes. I was trying to figure out which protein drinks would be good to try, so thanks for the update on the Nectar drinks, now I know which ones to buy. How are you feeling since surgery? Did you go back to work within 1 wk or 2? I took 2 wks off for my surgery...hoping I will feel better before I get back to work.
If you have any other advice please feel free to ask? Any advice on what I should take to the hospital?
