  • HE SOUNDS LIKE A LITTLE MONKEY!! OH HOW CUTE!!

  • lol...the legendary parrot returns

  • my parrot laughs like this too lol. she also has a sort of evil psychotic laugh when shes angry too.

  • The same family (Psittacidae) but different genders (Parrot -> Amazona ; Macaw -> Ara). This one in the video is the Ara Ararauna.

  • i love this kind of birds

  • hÊy_ÁNýÓÑë_wÃnÑÄ_chÄt_wÎth_me_Í_fEêl_sò_lÕnElý_t0ÐÅY∟

  • Chicken but sweet

  • sounds like a chicken clucking lol xD

  • I hope that isn't pressure treated wood he's chewing on. They treat it with arsenic.

  • Hw know something we don't! -.-...

  • You need to spray your bird with a spray bottle to shower him but dont just spray them sing to them so they know your not being mean. It works with my bird and they`re the ame kind of bird.

  • awee my bird does the same thingg

  • Sounds more like Cracker is imitating a monkey!!!

    ;)

  • my grandmas parrot's name is Qwacker

  • macaws are nice :D but isn t it very difficult to have a bird like that ?

  • He seems really worked up about something.

  • 0:30 and actually the whole video, his sounds are alike to those of chickens, very cute!

  • he may not fly away because maybe hes trianed well, and

your parrot sounds like my boss's parrot,

  • HOW DOES HE NOT FLY AWAY?

  • haha, my cockatiel laughs at me all the time :D

  • is its noise riped of or is that the far :(

  • What?

  • i like how he laughed lol

  • verry cute!!! =]

  • what if he flies away

  • they cut his wings properly [a few of them, don't worry], so he won't be able to fly. If he tries, he'll just dive towards the ground.

  • he clipped his wings, (the end feathers on the wing) without them, birds cant fly so thats why he can be outside and not fly away

  • What a load of rubbish you dont cut wings you can clip the flight feathers...... but that parrot doesnt look like its clipped

  • hahahahahhahahaha :'D

  • Lol, he's gone maaaad!! XD

  • LLOOOLL

  • preety bird, preety bird, clever bird... i love parrots

  • HaHa, love it! Ours does a similiar silly laugh, just not as often. Thank you for sharing this cute video.

  • Actually the little guy is clucking.

  • dancing AND laughing

  • He sounds more like a monkey than a chicken! Cute.

  • Sounds like a chicken!

  • i think he doesn't laugh ... he heard the sounds of chickens and imitated them

  • hahaha this is so funny <33 :P

  • cracker is clearly laughingat his plans to "take care of" you

  • cool parrot!

  • Aw,what a cute parrot.

  • btw I hope you know this since it is your bird but Macaws are not parrots. They are their own different type of species.

  • Macaws are a type of parrot...they are part of the parrot family, according to everyone I've spoken to.

  • I am not sure for where you are located but in Canada we consider macaws their own family because there is so many different sorts.

  • It's true that there are many different sorts, but we still consider them parrots. The reason is because they contain all similar features. Curved strong beak, strong feet, intelligence, ability to copy voices...these are present in just about all species of parrot, including Macaws. That's why we consider them parrots.

  • oic Because were I am we consider parrots as amazons, eclectus, african grey etc. And since there is so many major differences between a macaw and a parrot we consider them different. Also we consider the names (ie the eclectus parrot, amazon parrot, african grey parrot. Macaw parrot isnt what it is or called)

  • Macaws, Eclectuses, Greys, and Amazons are all in the same (Psittacidae) family.

Are you sure you're not confused with Cockatoos?

They belong to a different family then the birds you mentioned.

  • @parrot201 they are parrots you idiot

  • What are you talking about? I have a harlequin macaw, and he is still a parrot. I'm from Canada, and this bird is a psittasine, he is indefinitely a true parrot. Maybe your from Newfoundland, Newfies always got weird ideas.... I suppose you should say that parakeets are not parrots because they have many sorts. Look things up before you spew them up over the internet will you.

  • Canada, that explains a lot. 8-|

  • @theband9000 As far as scientific taxonomy goes for parrots, regardless of which country you're from, macaws are part of the pssiticiforme order (there are 2 families, parrots and cockatoos), family: pssiticidae (parrot family). It includes macaws, loris, budgies, amazons and more.

  • Macaws are of course Parrots there are over 320 different species of the parrot ranging from a parakeets, Budgie, Amazon, Grey's and then the grandest of them all THE MACAW so may extinct now there was 24 different species of the macaw but sadly due to deforestation and destruction of their natural habitat only a few remain

  • Did you graduate?

  • @theband9000 taxonomy is universal. I believe parrots including macaws down to tiny budgies are under the same family. Their genus and species will be different.

  • aww cute!

  • my bird is funny because he'll start to laugh and then it goes into a sqwak, then the sqwak turns into a scream of death, then he shuts up,then it starts all over again the next day

  • that's funny. when my bird wants me to come, she'll start laughing more and more. if i still don't come, she'll even get hysterical until i come and play with her.

  • haha! my bird always wants my attention too, he'll start hanging upside down from 1 leg to get my attention. and starts laughing in a funny way.

  • that's cool

  • Does your bird have bald spots under his wings and legs? Mine does and I don't know why. There's no sign of her plucking. Do you know why she could have these spots?

    Btw, your bird is CUTE!!!

  • Yeah, he does...and my bird doesn't pluck at all either. I also heard that other peoples' birds have the same thing. Its normal...nothing to worry about. They have bald spots right under the leg and like the shoulder bone under the wing.

  • Ok! Thank you! i feel better now lol

  • If the area is in the "arm pit" type region, then taht is very normal. They just don't grow feathers there. There is a sort of streak or line in that area where no feathers grow.

  • aww he's cute lol

  • omg his feathers are broken....do you not shower your bird????

  • Yes, I know they were. This was taken 2 years ago when I just got him and wasn't very experienced. Now his feathers are smooth and straight...he is bathed from time to time and kept in a clean, healthy environment. I actually find it annoying looking back at how broken his feathers were back then. I can neva imagine that happening again.

  • 1:04! AWESOME!

  • haha! Thats awsome! in the begining I thought he was going to start singing opera!

  • wow i just noticed how messy his feathers were back then. wow...now his feathers are really well formed and beautiful. :)

  • Isn't that funny how that works? vids are nice to look back and see how far you've really come. *.*

  • doesn't he fly away?

  • no his flight feathers r trimmed off...so he cant fly cuz his wings r clipped.
