A couple of years ago I had an acer travelmate 2414 nlci with an intel celeron m CPU operating at 1.60 ghz. The laptop shut down by itself and wont turn on again. So we took it apart and found nothing. When we closed it back together it started up it told us it had a virus. A few seconds later I heard something crack and turned off. Even the light on the AC power adapter was blinking. Can anyone help me?

This is a great laptop for work , I personaly am using it for web and for work it is awesome 5*, bit laptop is not for games, maybe you can play older games on it, I plaed WOW, and Call of duty 2...

no, i had one and only had it for a year before it started going very slow and started getting cracks and scratches everywhere. It eventually broke down and the drives just stopped working. I had to get a new laptop!

this laptop is a piece of junk. my moms ethernet broke on hers and the screen is the worst quality i have ever seen. also, the screen is only 14.1" screen. DO NOT BUY!!! and it was discontinued.
