I don't know where you could find an mp3, but I know how you could make one!

If you have some sort of audio recording device (I use Audacity, it's a free download then what you do is right click on your volume at the bottom right of the screen, click on recording devices, and it'll open a little window, that has a microphone option (If you have a microphone) and a Stereo Mix button, if you enable that, then it will record any sound made by your computer, so now just record this vid!.
