I only like this show because Whistler is my backyard and it's kinda cool seeing your own backyard on tv with people you know on camera. The Hills is full of your typical cali-mould hotshots. It's not a great show. None of these people have the confidence to be in front of a camera sober, they have to be drinking in order to feel interesting or secure enough to be recorded. When they're sober it's a really awkward and embarrassing show to watch, actually that goes for when they're drunk too...

The characters are also unattractive and butch. I agree with the comments below, film in Toronto or Montreal.
