  • @bal2bies really...? oh.. well still hebrew ftw. (:

  • @Keevans01 ok :D

  • aw, i used to sing this when i was little! what a pretty tune.

  • @53329 Awww That was Cute ♥

  • 인어공주

  • So she stores Ariel's voice in her vag for safe keeping?

  • Dutch doesn't sound right. I remember it sounding way different.

  • Omg! The Original is The best! But I liked pretty much everything ^^ haha! (sorry if i says this but thanks bout finnish, but its pretty true but its not the worst xD)

  • after this "The Little Mermaid" will never be the same

  • The Danish version is my favourite. <3

  • Hey, you who are saying that the Finnish language would be a beautiful, well no wonder it is hard to listen to the Finnish foreign kind because there is no perfect form of language used in other than having a beautiful language. Finnish is a very kind, we know it and we are proud of it ♥ ♥ ♥ But yeah, this may sounds like a great sympathy but this is the case

  • Finnish pussied out, she took a noticeable breath... XD

  • norwegian ftw! ♥

  • mandarin chinese 1989 has a great transition from ariel to the taken version of her voice...

  • croation blows to

  • the canadian french version sucks

  • thai ;P

  • in 5:49-5:52 and 6:11-6:14 "JUURI NIIN!!!!!" There Ursula sounds scary

Like Czech version "Pokracuje!!! They both are very scary versions

  • i could sing this song over and over on ariels part

  • Chinese is better

  • hahahaha finnish and dutch hahahahaha

  • Anna Rossi for Greek is great and very beautiful!!!!

  • German 1999 Version!

  • German 1999 Version!

  • Finnish version is the worst....

  • whoa harsh

  • It's almost as if they're speaking the same language... yes... almost.

  • It's not that the Finnish voice is old, it's just that she breaks off awkwardly and ruins the whole thing.

  • Thumbs up if you had goosebumps for the entire video! :)

  • "CONTINUE CANTANDO" kkkk

  • énekelj!!!!! :P

  • porque fuck no esta el español latino? ese es el mejor!!

  • it's cool to be able to listen all those version :) but I'm disappointed that there is not the Frensh European version. For me it's the best!

  • El español latino es bueno, pero no esta.

  • how about Lithuanian

  • @missNekolover91 well, I don't have this version :)

  • @bal2bies It doesn't exist yet, maybe next year when Little Mermaid gets re-released it will be dubbed into Lithuanian.

  • Dutch version is perfect!

  • The Albanian version makes Ursula even creepier.

  • @PixiesintheBrugh Fuck you.

  • @lukaqota What? I'm just saying, it does. It helps her character and such.

  • The Dutch Ariel doesn't seem to breathe...I like it, it's kinda spooky! <3

  • Dutch <3<3

  • Jodi Benson is the best. I wish she did another Disney Princess.

  • @britneylover456 She did the voice of Jasmine in Aladdin

  • @aelix091

no she didnt. That;s Lea Solanga.

  • Cantaaaaa Cantaaaaaaa

  • So I wasted 13 minutes watching Ariel sell her voice to a seawitch in different languages... Best wasted 13 minutes ever.

  • @IamMyself14 13.49...

  • Alot of decent versions sound awful here. Croatian is doing this flat AAAAA thing, Finnish stops for breath, and Turkish sounds like yelling! Jodi Benson definitely does the best job here. And probably Simona too, which is I guess why they used her so much! Also I always dislike the dutch version, but it's particularly bad here...she's like Wah wah waaah!!! ahaha!

  • @RaneDuPre I agree that croatian and turkish sounds bad. I love jodi benson and simona even the dutch but its your opinion.

  • @RaneDuPre i agree but esp for finnish: she even stops for breath when her voice is ripped out, her voice is a floating orb it doesn't need breath lol

  • you have to hear the flemish (or dutch) version!

  • I like how different ursula's voice is in other languages!

  • Comment removed

  • Everyone says "AAAHHHhAAAAHHHHAAAA" in the same language.

  • @JosephMFaulkner HAHAHHAHAHAHA xd

  • @JosephMFaulkner yes, but the voices are different: this is not up to the words, of course, it's up to the voices v.v

  • They all sound the same.

  • That was the best 13:49 minutes of my LIFE!!!

  • The Danish , Swedish and the Norwegian versions was done by the same woman , and she was from Norway <3

  • Greek one the best!

  • Brazilian portuguese 1989!! THE BEST!! PERFECT!!

  • bladerune..what??? my english very bad,löol :)

  • my favorites are 1. Italian-Simona Pattitucci 2. Norwegian-Sissel Kyrkjebø 3. Czeh- Jana Marasova 4. Japanese-Mayumi Suzuki 5. Korean-Sugyeong Kim 6. Mandarin Chinese 1989 & 2006 7. Dutch-Laura Vlasblom 8. Canadian French-Dominique Faure. 9. English-Jodi benson I don't like the turkish one its ugly! The singer is trying so hard to get it right, am I right?
  • @Seanschemmelfan nop turkish is actually okay...now the finnish one u can even hear her take a breath now thats a major fail in my book

  • @Bladerune Well i like the finnish one also but i don't mind if she took a breath holding a long note has some lung practice

  • and because he decried the Swedish

  • i like, brazilian portuguese, czech and german versions, in that order ^^

  • Czech version is the voice most soft and beautiful *-*

  • Comment removed

  • Italian version is the best !!!!

  • @VanDreamer yeah its so beautiful simona pattitucci has a beautiful voice

  • and where is spanish? ¬¬ discrimination?

  • @seriewitch Its the same voice actress for spanish than it is in english, Jodi Benson. Though, for the latin spanish they high pitched it a little to match the singer and voice actress.

  • My voice favorithe is Latin Spanish

  • I'm sorry, I copied the wrong link. missed the first letter of w

  • Hi! sorry im not perfect speaker in english i come from Hungary. :) please hear this video, this is the hungarian version. Ariel start sing 4:00. what is your opinion?

    ww.youtube.com/watch?v=ZYIQTvdSEFc

  • i like the france on 03:26

  • thts god i like the swedish one and the italian one

  • 7:38

    Italian Version.

    Beautiful♥

  • Also, is it just me or does the Dutch version sound a bit like Charlie Brown's teacher? You know, "Wah wah wah..."

  • Props and kudos to bal2bies. This must have taken quite a while to track down all the different versions and edit them together. Well done!

  • The soundtrackversion of the german one is much better as the other one -.-

  • German 1989: ute lemper and jodi benson, ute lemper is in the echo, a remix, soundtrack version german 1989 only jodi bensin, german 1999 is naomi van dooren only as singer in the movie, in the sountrack, too, german 2006 platinum german edition is arielle v.E the soundtrack version and in the movie a remix with jodi benson, but josi benson is the best ariel from all, i am from germany, i know that all ;)

  • I didn't know Swedish different versions...

  • Wassup with the Finnish? Whoever is voicing Ariel in Finnish sounds too old and put of breath.. :/

  • Jodi, you are the best! :3

  • For the Arabic one its Muna Zaki not Rula :)

  • Lol, "Now Swim" XD

  • 4:35 Czech <3

  • well... Ursula's voice keeps getting uglier and uglier

  • 5:49 Ursala's voice in the Finnish version. Makes me think of a bunch of evil little bad guys running around. Like flea size.

  • @SRSchan Noooop sounds like it though

  • What language is right after the Turkish one?

  • german 1989 is nt from jodi benson! :) its from ute lemper, and jodi benson together, a remix

  • @creativsung sorry I forgot and thank you for remind me :D

  • @bal2bies

Uhh, sorry to say this, but It's just Jodi Benson singing here (With her voice pitched up higher as an echo for some reason.)

  • @creativsung Bold move but kinda creepy

  • Please see also the Polish ver: .../watch?v=6GQTx7kvQBw (5:20). What u think? :-) (1989)

  • @afr0dyzjak I really liked it :)

  • lol they all sound the same exept the finish and danish

  • ARIEL:-- brasillian pt 89 chinese 89 dutch OMG SO PEACEFULL greek 99 korean swedish 89 thai89 - 99 URSULA -- ITALIAN(CANTA CAAAAAANANANATA) jAPANESE KOREAN
  • Italian, Norwegian/Swedish, and English and Broadway :)

  • I like Thai version...-_-

  • *cringe* Finnish is terrible!!

  • @dbcoyotes you are so right! i wanted to shut my ears for good after hearing that!

  • What, I had no idea that they took away the hands in the swedish version :O No wonder I didn't recognize that scene at all..

  • Brazilian 2006, Italian, and the Multiple country soundtrack version at 13:02 are the best ^^ (especially this last one! beautiful! <3). Japanese version is also pretty good, but it would've been better if the singing audio was louder.

  • The Norwegian, Swedish and Danish Ariel are all voiced by the Norwegian Sissel Kyrkjebø :) so it's kinda funny when people say one of them is better than the others :P

  • @CamDanielsen3 I guess that they liked Sissel's voice because her voice is pure and angelic

  • What really bothers me about the Broadway one is I think Sherie Rene Scott (Ursula) actually sounds so much more like Ariel than the actual actor they chose for Ariel does!

  • I LOVE the Norwegian version! ^^

  • I was a hardcore fan of the 1989 version, but right now I'm thinking the 1999 versions are kind of better...

  • I love how Ursula sounds either really dark or really bombastic and crazy XD

  • i love thai and korea Norwegian

  • English Brazilian Portuguese 2006 Czech Canadian french Dutch Finnish Danish Italian :-D Japanese Korean Norwegian I don't like the broadway one or the turkish one: The broadway one is good but its way to fast not enough emotions, the turkish sounds really off key.
  • The selected voice sings the Mandarin Chinese version Jodi Benson

  • Finnish Ariel's voice may sounds old and some of they think it sucks, but it isn't (it's my think)

But, like this comment if you like finnish Ursula's voice.

  • Thanks! My favourites:

    English

    Czech

Finnish (I'm finnish, thats why i like it. It sounds old, but i like it+ Finnish Ursula is just best!)

    German 1989

    Italian

    Japanese

    Norwegian & Swedish

  • @MBBWS and Brazilian portuguese 2006 was so good! :D <3

  • Brazilian portuguese 2006 was best !

  • DANISH

  • DANISH

  • Finnish version is just... not good. She seems off key and out of breath... ._.

  • Finnish sucks! Bad!

  • I love Italian Ariel's Voice

  • The best country is: JODI BENSON

  • Sierra Boggess and Laura Vlasblom are my Ariel's, unfortunately their isnt' a Bulgarian and French :( I think Vesela and Marie would've done a great job ^^

  • La voce più bella è quella italiana. Grande Simona Pattitucci

  • Nothing Beats Jodi Benson's Beautiful and Awesome Voice.

  • The Italian version is... WOW! *-*

  • @JadeShauniTheGame Me too i love the italian voice!

  • @JadeShauniTheGame what number is it on?

  • Italian <3

  • why the swedish version was censured?

  • @amypossibleorkut read the description :)

  • I liked Rula Zaki, Gabriela Ferreira, Sissel Kyrkjebo, Naomi van Dooren, Simona Pattitucci, Sugyeong Kim, and Sebnem Ferah performed beautifully here. Their voices sound clear and pure to me, like I would imagine a mermaid's voice to be. Of course, I grew up with Jodi Benson, but I give kudos where kudos are due :) But they all have lovely voices

  • Czech ♥♥♥

  • I grew up with Jodi Benson's voice, so she'll always be my fav, her voice fascinated me when I was little, and still today. But, besides the wonderful Jodi, my favourite version is Mandarin <3, Czech (she has a perfect mermaid voice here, pure and clear!), all Sissel's versions, but more in danish (just like the czech version, on the vocalize she fits perfectly a mermaid character, better than in the singing), Dutch, Japanese versions, Arabic

The putonghua deceived me wheras I love her singing!)

  • They all are so similar.

  • I REALLY LIKE IT!!! =) I LOVE THIS PART OF THE MOVIE!!!!

  • the second-2-last version is italian and the last version is latin spanish, right?

  • @brentprim1 yes ^^

  • @brentprim1 yeah, the last version is latin spanish (the best ;) )

  • "children" means young kids?

  • i love thai and English .

  • the norwegian version is the best. sissel is awesome<3

  • If the swedish cut that, then it's appaling! Anywayyy the versions I like are the English (I am English myself) English Broadway, Arabic, Brazillian Portugese 1989 and 2006, Czech, Greek 1999, Korean Norwegian and Thai 89 <3 Also, may I ask. All the soundtrack versions sound a little quiet or something, is it the video quality or are they like that on the CDs? Thanks! xx

  • @KHeartsdiva54321 *appalling

  • @KHeartsdiva54321 All the soundtracks version don't have sound effects so it's sound softer than movie version, maybe it's on the CDs versions ^^

  • @bal2bies alright then, just wondeing <3

  • @KHeartsdiva54321 *Thai 99 <3

  • @Yunoha2 cuz' it's too scary for children :)

  • @bal2bies

I saw this in the movie when I was little.. They taken away scenes from the "last fight" but not this.. :S Or is my memory bad? O.o

  • I hope you don't delet this. Cause thepenmark deleted hers. I love all of it except the croatin and the turkish.

  • @Pikminlinkfan23 Thepreamnarak didn't deleted ariel's voice multi but youtube. and Thepreamnarak is me and he's a boy ^^

  • @bal2bies Thepreanmarak is you? Woops. So youtube deleted the ariel multi's and the others why?

  • @Pikminlinkfan23 because copyrights of When Will My Life Begin Official Instrumental ^^
