I just went on the Alli website and read on their customer message board and people are saying they are gaining weight, feeling bloated and terribly sick. Some women said she hasen't gone to the bathroom in 5 days on Alli. Rediculous. They are basically telling each other to eat like 1000 calorie diets, eat synthetic fiber supplements and guzzle tap water while eating Alli.

How cynical. Studies have shown that with a low fat diet, exercise, $600 plus a year, users of Alli will lose, on average, 9 more pounds than those who do not use Alli. $75 dollars per additional lost pound may, with rising gas prices, be cheaper than going to the Red Cross and giving a pint of blood for weight loss. Add in the cost of Depends and it could be a coin toss.

Now that I read what you post I have been improving even more on my diet. Drink 3 liters of water a day, just returned from Guam beach without using any sunscreens, and eating fruits and salads. Also my breakfast is always a powerful shake: apple, carrots, celery, etc and ALOE! Yeap! Also, in Guam I found the plant and used it directly on my skin, together with virgin organic coconut oil. Also found Bronner's soaps at ABC stores.
