Living with Osteoarthritis - Michael's Story

Hello michael,my name is Anthony from longford,im 38 and last january I was told by my doctor I have arthritis in both hips,he siad it was only in the early stages and he just told me to exercise but now as I write this both of my hips feel like there on fire. I walk every day but around 20 minutes in my hips feel very stiff. my doctor gave me antiinflammatorys which helped but now when I go back to him he tells me to exercise but it dosen't help. im lost at the moment have you any advice?
