Thank you XD I've been doing belly flops for a long time and I really sucked at my start. I promised myself I would get better at my starts this year and from 2 weeks ago I still suck and I have a competition this weekend! D: I hope this helps and if it does I'll thank you forever!
@Animemindchamp There's a slight "tuck" of the head that needs to occur just prior to hitting the water when you're wearing goggles. If you watch the swimmers in slow mo, you'll see that the chin is just a bit tucked upon entry.
@Animemindchamp I know you posted this a while ago, but I figured I'd answer just in case someone else sees your question and is wondering the same thing. We replaced the strap on my son's goggles with a bungee cord - that seems to do the trick in keep the goggles tight and not allowing water to leak into them when he's diving.
THank you for making this! I do belly flops all the time when I dive off the blocks. My coaches were getting mad at me (IDK why though, they didn't teach me how so why expect to know how to do it?) but this helped a bunch!
what's the song playing?)
