They should be imprisoned forever since the act they did would also affect the victim FOREVER! If they were in my country before they could have undergone death penalty but they change it to lifetimes imprisonment since death penalty is way too immoral.
Repeated Offender should just get shot. Maybe get shot is too light, torture him first like cutting his skin from slice to slice until nothing is left but bone or put his body parts (still attached to his body) in boiling water one after the other, then shoot him.
