  • That's a great speed for this class. What chassis was used? Is it a standard or modded engine? What HP?

I think it an electronic shifter was used? What was the rider weight and height?

    Good runs.

  • @droceretik Thanks for your comment. It is a '94 HondaRS125 chassis with '05 Honda CRF250R engine I wedged in. Mods- 13.5/1 piston, cam, 40mm carb, and custom pipe. Seat and tail I designed, laid up and painted. HP-not sure. Normal shifter. Rider (me)- 150#, 70". In May I did 115.6mph without front fairing and in June I did 116.4 with fairing back on but 95deg and humid. Maxton Mile (ecta-lsr.com) is great fun with great people. What do you have?

  • @mdrcsail88 I haven't run anything yet on a speed course but I am in the early planning stage. I have a Honda NSR 150 SP that is modded to produce 34 hp on dyno, up from 27 hp stock. I ran it over the 1/4 at 14.162 @ 89 mph and I am a 170 lb rider. I have measured with GPS at 112 mph in cool, low humidity conditions over 3/4 mile. The motor is pretty tired now so I am contemplating retiring the bike from road and track use then building a CR 250 based dry-lake racer, target 45 hp and 130 mph.
