How hard would finding an apartment suited to a person in an electric wheelchair be and what places, if you are aware of any, would be most likely to have apartments individuals who rely on electric wheelchairs can use?
They are gaijin friendly they are allover Japan and they are not expensive fully furnished and mostly brand new place! be sure to check it out! Lived in Japan 3 years strait and 5 years total never rented anywhere else plus forget about the key money!
@unrested damn lol mansion over there is the exact opposite huh?!?!?! many of us wouldve been trippin balls if we got offered a mansion but not over there lol
yeah the move in cost can be pretty high my first apt here I had to pay quite a bit. the rent was 150,000 a month and I had to pay Agent Fee (1 month's rent) Key Money(1 months rent) Security deposit (1 month's rent) and first month's rent. And sometimes there is also thank you money which is one months rent. But the place I live in now only required a security deposit and first month's rent plus no deposit for pets.
whoa and i thought we paid alot. dang you must have a nice place though! if you have seen my video on where i live you know what our place looks like. but eventually i will be moving to okinawa and we will have a much more decent place there (as in a house where i do not have to duck every time i walk into another room)
It was a little nicer than the place i live in now but this place is bigger and cheaper. And yeah I know all about the whole ducking thing doesn't take too many hits to the head to get into that habit. LOL Good luck in Okinawa I hear its really nice there but I've never been.
haha no, but i understand why you are asking. on this vid i really look like i am reading from a screen. but actually i think a little before each vid and then spill as much info as i can regurgitate.
You look like a Rapper in this video..lol

yeah everything on our second floor is so low that i pretty much just stare at the ground the whole time i am up there.
yeah i hear okinawa is alot more different from the rest of japan and that gaijin and halves are alot more accepted there.
also i lived a good portion of my life in florida so i am more use to that sort of climate and atmosphere.

but remember i live in a house not an apartment, and i have two pets. these factors really drive up the cost.
