Absolutely, not! You have every right to be angry, and if it was true that you were sexually harassing people, you would've been called in IMMEDIATELY for a chat, rather than waiting 5 months later.
I work their for two years, they take too much advantage of the associates. Now their demanding that I change my availability to get more hours, scamming me to work hours I can't do

i worked at walmart for a year as well. and they pulled the productivity bullshit on me. not to mention the asshole CSM came by my work area at the door (i was working as a greeter that day) and too a picture of my iced coffee i had there. next thing i know im pulled to the back and fired. i was told its ok to have drinks at the from for greeters. thats another thing. greeters get treated like shit. i work at target now as a hardlines team member and it so much better there then walmart.
And what I want to say to you is easy. If that happen to me I would want to come back. You should forget that lawsait and find job at a local store because they are alot more better. But if going back to that store is what you want then go for it.

yeah i proved them wrong when i called the home office of walmart with the proof that i was right and they were wrong and EVERY manager that was working there overnight was fired the next day for breaking labor and federal laws
if you work at wal-mart for more than a year your due for a raise.they will find reasons to fire you..my friend got canned after two years .he was a cart pusher he got hurt on the job broken hand.. if you knew how much work goes into that its kinda hard with one hand .well they threw him outside he hit a car on accident well a csm said he was horsing around and did it on purpose bullshit i was there the cart mule shorted and went on its own he stoped it but it spun around and bam brokn tailite
same thing happened to a coworker of mine. he slipped on the cleaning agent they used and broke his arm. he had to have surgery all sorts of shit wal mart said they weren't gunna pay a cent because he was old and long due for surgery. My co worker then said thats fine, my attorney will say other wise and they fought it and they finnally paid. Wal mart will get out of giving you extra money any way that they can
lol i worked there when i was 18 i got fired for telling a support to go suck off a donkey. but heres the funniest part they rehired me three other times between school and summer lol.oh then they gave me unemployment for a year haha .you know why cause all my evaluations showed i was a great worker.also they can only say how long you worked there .stupid wal-mart.
Be a man, keep your cool, and if they reject you, say flat out that they are done. Go to the officals, and get them shut down / fired because the activities they were involved in (firing you etc) had no legal back-up. They don't exactly HAVE to explain themselves to you, but if you've sexually harrased someone for months and they never told you bout it, thats called ""irrisponsability"". They would get so fucked for it, that its not funny.

i talked to the labor Board and they told me to call the home office because what management did to me was illegal and breaks federal and labor laws and since i have proof to back it up the manager that fired me will be terminated as soon as I file, I told them they have one week to re instate me or i file and re instatement will be forced and some members of management will be fired, i didnt want to do that but they left me no choice
yeah it's good to let them know u weren't bullshitting and the people that set u up like that got what they deserved and the reasons why i was close to being fired those many times was cause they didn't want to do anything illegal so they don't put their job at risk and i felt that when i was there nobody got my back and they was waiting to do stuff to piss u off making me leave and what i end up with being in a fucked up recession but at least i'm not suffering even longer there.
yeah the thing that really pissed me off was the fact that she claimed that sexual harassment shit out of the blue and i was like wtf? i asked her what i said or did and she got all snippy and said she didnt have to share that information which i found out that by federal law, they HAVE to pull me aside at the FIRST complaint and yet i didnt hear about it till 3 months later, thats a crock of shit, that just proved she was lying and is gonna get her in alot of legal trouble
