Ever wonder why we call it a bald eagle? Well if you look at the white feathers on the head close up you see the feathers. But from far away it looks like he doesn't have white feathers on his head so goes the name Bald eagle.
Do you know why we call it a bald eagle even though it is not really bald? Look at the whtie feathers close up it you see the feathers on the head but from far away he looks like he does not have any so goes the name bald eagle.
Why don't they say where all theese islands are or the names of the island? Yes we see he is looking at an island what what is the island he is looking at? Yes I see that island is very big what what island is it?
@d72jjpilc I love thesese animal clips even though they are for children and I am in my 30's I love watching these I can take just 1 watch it 100 times a day. And for some strange reason when I went by plane to Nebraska, I thought of this clip.
I also know why they're called "bald eagles". It's b/c they never need a haircut. Sorry, a little eagle joke.

However, the bald eagle ISN'T the largest member of the eagle family. The largest member is the PHILIPPINE MONKEY-EATING EAGLE.

No. The largest population of bald eagles in the world is @ the Chilkat River, up in Alaska.

And don't forget "Long Island", where Queens & Brooklyn are located on. The Bronx is the only NYC borough that's on the mainland.
