Just so everyone knows, this is NOT an Ice Cream Sandwich (Android 4.0.X) ROM. It is a Gingerbread (Android 2.3.X) ROM themed to look like ICS. You can find real ICS ROMs on XDA and Rootzwiki.

thanks for this video, I've been reluctant to root my droid for the longest, the icx build is a little buggy but it runs better than the oem gingerbread that's for sure.

Such a horrible ROM ran it for 2 minutes and ran back to CM7

The White Lightning theme didn't show the skull/robot face on my desktop wallpaper. I wiped the cache (not dalvik) after installing ICX successfully and updating the binaries then ran WhiteLightning.zip. I rebooted and there was not skull/robot wall paper. Any suggestions?

@achalmers sync with google after you get to the desktop, personally.the Rom was on the buggy side, however it was nice t o play around with it. Currently I am on the Liberty DX 3.1 with no theme

I'm using this ROM and have been for about a week. The memory performance isn't what you see in the Liquid Rom but it's very stable and the battery performance is excellent. I wasn't a fan of Agile lock...maybe I have to play with it more.

I really want to try this ROM, but I am having issues with the MD5 being different than other people who have been able to flash it on their DX. I'm also waiting for Mobile Sensei's response on what I can do. Does anyone know how I can get the appropriate MD5 sum for ICX?

@DroidModd3rX I'm having the same issue. Getting stuck on boot logo. Downloaded 3 different times, getting same md5 (the wrong one). Every flash gets stuck, and I have to sbf.

@onemoeron It is possible that you are having a tampon issue. If you remove the dirt before insertion, it won't be so damn itchy. No more bitchin' with your nerd lingo gibberish.

This is just a theme of DX GB with a Launcher and a lockscreen replacement. I think there are some other mods (Jakebites?) but that's really it. You need to restart the agile lockscreen every time, and the launcher doesn't fully work. I'll wait for Cyanogen.

Also... using the phone reset doesn't remove the Superuser that is what I am trying to do so I can reroot.

@DroidModd3rX When I upgraded from Froyo to Gingerbread it didn't take away super user. I am guessing then when I do this upgrade it won't take away superuser either. I can't reroot if I can't remove superuser. Correct? I was originally rooted with Z4root on Froyo.

The battery life on this phone is great. I'm and 70% took it off the charger at 10:00am and its 9:00pm. Also let me ask you. I of course had the .605 build, I was wondering if I want to get the Liquid or Vortex rom would I have to SBF to .602 or could I just proceed with the .605 build and flash them???

@fritzboyle shuji is my favorite as far as performance... but Vortex rom is comijng along as far as cm7 style customization... its a long way off but devvortex is doing some pretty neat stuff
