  • The dayz gone by, sneeking off from college class '94 to listen to my mix tape on my Sony Walkman.

  • gingers masterpiece, caprice is genius, the off kilter opening coming from where you dont expect, twisting around your head, when you think youve got it, that riff just levels you, LOVE IT!

  • Yet another Botchamania fan who had to take a listen to the whole thing. I actually love it all, first half definitely included! The singers have good voices and the way the song stops and changes is beautiful. I must mention I am a Mr. Bungle fan and am used to that stuff from their songs - I wish Maffew would use Mr. Bungle's music in a Botchamania!

This song is the greatest grunge song I've ever heard and its by a band that's not grunge...

  • Thanks for upload, heard on botchamania. Funnily enough the part on botchamania is the best part of the song.

  • @RE4uk No problem. Everyone says the same thing. It's THAT riff!

  • @Robman275 David Bowie- Man who sold the world ;)

  • @Raistlinz I love that song!

  • @Robman275 Me too but realise that the riff at the end of caprice sounds like it? :D

  • @Raistlinz I'd never really thought about that but yeah it does. Lol thanks for pointing that out :D

  • Another BM fan here and you gents are spot on; the beginning is frankly, pish. Sounds like sub-Alice in Chains slop but then...

    THAT RIFF.

  • I meant to say" I was terribly disappointed with the piss poor beginning to the track."

  • I remember I heard this song when Botchamania 62 came out I thought man if this part of the song sounds this bad ass then the rest of the song must be a masterpiece so I sought it out and was terribly piss poor beginning to the track. I had a similar ecperience with a Darkthrone song called -Forebyggende Krig. You hear the solo part first and you think you're going to hear the greatest song ever, until you listen to the track up unyil the 219 mark and shrivel up with disappointment.

  • thank you for putting this song up

    ive been looking for it

  • I think it's a good idea to post this as a video response to Botchamania 62. Hearing the music got me curious about the song, and I'm sure others will want to hear the whole song.

  • i discovered it that actual way. I just didn't want to look like i was posting my video on Botchamania in some desperate attempt to get views. Thanks.

  • I wouldn't worry about it, everybody else submits video responses for that reason. Why make a vid if no-one is going to watch?

I feel this song polarises Wildhearts fans. You either love it or hate it. I love the second half (THAT RIFF) but there's no denying the first half is all over the place.

    Thanks for posting it anyway.

  • @MaffewofBotchamania i like that it's all over the place. that's the thing about the wildhearts.
