oh and just to confirm for Pirate forces, the building with the palm trees on the outside of it is the exterior of the Indiana Jones ride in Adventureland :-)

Most of the decor is kept inside the mansion. The pieces that are too big to store there are in a warehouse.

From the outside this job probably seems like non stop fun. It can be fun , but it is also very hard work with extremely harsh hours and tight deadlines. The next time you want to take something that isn't yours, or mess with the props/decor from Disneyland, try to think about the people who work so hard to keep it nice for you...and leave it alone :-)

I don't remember well But I know it's somewhere in these buildings I'll list..

The Palm tree building that can be seen from Downtown disney ( Mostly likely the props are here)

a white building that could be seen if your riding The DLR tram from Mickey and friends Parking.

so cool how every single year Sandy Claws wrecks the halls of the Haunted Mansion. the Capitan always does things you can't get at an ordinary theater; the first Toy Story showing in 1995 had the Toy Story Funhouse for "Totally Toy Story"

Hell yeah! This ride is so awesome. It really helps get you into the holiday spirit. I think they make all the changes in one night.

It takes 17 days to make the changes

No it takes um a week to put up the overlay, about a week and a half. The workers install it before the park opens and after the park closes. My friend used to work there, he said it was like putting up regular Christmas decorations but installing highly advanced White Elephant gifts.

@Catapult82 The Holiday version is opened from September 16 to January 3rd. Maybe you went there before 2001, (when there was no holiday version) or the mansion was closed that day for a specific reason. But the holiday mansion is meant to be open for halloween and christmas/newyear time. Last time I went there I went on DEC 29 THROUGH DEC JAN 1. I left disneyland and it was still open.
