And how many do you have to put under contract to close that many a month?

when im focused and i have my marketing machine in full gear, 3 to 5 per month, other than that 1 or 2 per month,

normally 5 or 6 to close that many

some folks do a lot more deals than that but that's what i've done over the years

Any Suggestions on Building a Large List?I'm a novice wholesaler, I've actually had 4 properites under contract and did not sell any one them the first two I made bad deals, the last two I just did not have a quality list as I was around .50 cents on the dollar on both deals, I have one under contract now and I'm using a local program in Baltimore taking the wholesale property to auction. But I want to build my own list so I can start do assignment contracts.
