The Hawaii State Registrar will not acknowledge the COLB was issued by Hawaii. He refuses to answer any questions concerning the forged document thinking this will let him off the hook when the truth gets out to the sheeple.
I believe he should be charged with High Treason along with all in congress and the courts who were involved in the scam and cover-up. The death penalty should be given to every one and that would be a lesson to those in the future who want to hijack the government.

Go read what Jean Claude Tremblay wrote. He says what a REAL expert does.
That you cannot determine if a document is a forgery by looking at a digital image of it.
You need the ACTUAL PAPER DOCUMENT to do that.
The State of Hawaii has already attested to the authenticity of the document they issued.
According to Article IV Section 1, thats all that matters.
