Public streets should be returned to public use. Spend that money on improving the streets for all users, not selected groups.
Yes, cyclists are a "select group". Any kind of quota or reservation system for the few reduces resources for the many. But civilised nations do it, because might is not right.
too bad all you dumb Concordia students keep walking out onto the bike path without looking both ways. Its like you learned that rule in grade 1.
