What an awesome ride Rocky's got! Who's the old man? What does he mean "Mighty wierd stuff..."?

@dogstar7 Yeah it's my Great Uncle, he passed away before Christmas 2006, the old man is played by Bob McDonald. The whole "Mighty Weird Stuff" is how he is noticing things are changing between him, i.e. the floating car. =)
