The same rules everywhere. Why blame our coaches, he wasn't with national team for the last years. Probably he did it on his own, he wanted to shine in Euroleague and he did- before the doping scandal. Before that I always thought why doesn't he play for Euroleague club but earn the same money in lower ranked teams. Maybe also because of it, not so many tests on drugs, doping. Maybe he didn't played with NT because of that too.
