[RS] Dragon Chainbody & KQ Head in 1 drop! (solo)

I know it's an old vid, I didn't see anyone ask this question so I'm asking: Does the drop normally appear in 2 different spots like that? I've only been to KQ once and all i got was something lame like runes. Could anyone answer that? I'm not being a dick, just curious.
