if its silent whilst doing it im pretty sure it means timings wrong, because i can do a triple but sometimes if i mess up timing one of them will look like a fayde but no shot or look silent,

its just coz i mess up because shots are only properly silent like the throwing knife silent, in killcams, not playing

You forgot the temper fayde: zoom in, shoot, reload, 360, shoot.

Here's a cool shot you guys should hit. it's a temper fayde ladderstald, i recommend you do it on terminal. jump to the ladder, zoom in, shoot, 360, ladderstal, 360 other way, shoot.
