i got to tell ya that a sweet looking layout i use to collect ho trains years and i had a nice layout up at my grandfather & grandmothers house since my father didnt want me haveing any train layouts up at home for some odd reason? but after thay passed away my dad packed the layout up for me and stored it away at our house when we were moving the two guys that were hired to help move the boxes into the moving truck stole almost all my ho trains and alot of other stuff i was so pissed
@myowngod2 LOL I WAS AROUND 6 OR 7 YEARS OLD AT THE TIME BY THE TIME WE REALIZED WHAY WAS MISSING WE WERE ALREADY ABOUT 21/2 HOURS AWAY AT OUR NEW HOUSE THAY GOT 90% OF THE HO TRAINS A BUNCH OF COLLECTABLE DISNEY STUFF AND MY FATHER SAID ALOT OF THE SUPER 8 HOME MOVIE REALS WERE MISSING WHICH I COULD UNDERSTAND EVEN TODAY I CAN SEE THE TRAINS BUT THE FILMS
@efreet7611 There is no difference between them. Walther hase a modern roundhouse which is 3 stalls. There is an add on kit to put on 3 additional stalls.
@dingo8880 You don't buy cardboard strips. You have to save that money for engines and boxcars! ;)
I cut all mine from long boxes. Just make sure you cut across the corrugations and not along them. That makes it easier to bend and contour them. I cut them about 1" wide. I have other videos that I talk about them gluing and stapling of the strips together. Also checkout the progress thread on my Youtube homepage. It shows the complete layout from the very beginning.
High Def pic back drop will make the layout look incredible..and it looks already right ho sized out...Ive seen alot of nice layouts cheapened by cartoon and artist renderings for backgrounds...nice job..
damn. your greenlane bridge is lookin good. hard to believe you built that! layout looks great! i like the fact i see a couple diesels on the layout!! looks good as usual boss, glad to see an update!!
OMG, I been wondering where you have been. Glad to see your back. Cant wait to see the plaster hit the layout but dont keep us waiting to long though. :)
