And taking into consideration her growing size, this was probably done well before she started really showing. Magazines can and will do this - backlogging and planning well in advance is how powerful mags run a tight ship and never get behind. If you want a prominent celebrity/media figure who's going to be unavailable for w/e reason later, you especially work around it, as they did
