That's not a manson thing dude, thats an early 70's psychedelica vocal style.

It's not really so much a falsetto thing, its more of a "bleat vibrato" and charlie didn't really use it as extensively as devendra.

However, there are some comparisons, I mean Devendra sorta looks like a prettier version of Manson and there is some timbre similarities not to mention the endless use of acoustic guitar and no electric.
