Please remember this is raw sound not an overdub. As far as Maria goes she's a classically trained singer and could have been an opera star but she chose metal, so good for her. I'm also a huge Yngwie fan but imho they do this song just as well or better than Malmsteen does it. This was also a very early recording of the band and i don't think they had much more than a few songs made at the time with only one ep out.

Urgh... Tom hess really sucks man, I'm sorry but he has no place talking about virtuosity all the time, when he can't even shred a single line solo. It's all sweeped arpeggios over and over again. Never heard him do any high speed runs or scales with string crossings on them, only sweeps up and down. Joe stump however, is an amazing all around guitarist.

The keyboardist is better than the guitarist. The guitar solo isn't very good. Of course there is only one Yngwie. No one can match the god.

Fucking lame to me! The solos are played quite crappy... not too bad since they are actually quite heavy to play... but more than all the vocals are lame as f**k! If you wanna listen to female-fronted HEAVY metal, check out Mystery Blue, Chastain, Acid etc.
