I really liked this album. Some of the the more recent stuff has sucked, the album they put out before backspacer was horrible. This album rocks and it's about time.

Great song. One thing I love about it, as a drummer, is the really unexpected groove that Matt Cameron puts into it. The chorus has this really funky half-time feel to it that is so unexpected and works perfectly. Mr Cameron is a true virtuoso and master of his craft. It's the simple bits of genius that set the great ones apart from everyone else.

loved the punk undertones of the new album. the new sound is more upbeat and less gritty but undeniably Pearl Jam. this song was ridiculous live, Mike really brought the place down. this one actually gave me the chills, and for me only Peal Jam can do that.

Now THAT's a Pearl Jam song! I listened to the samples off iTunes and expected Backspacer to suck. I thought Pearl Jam was going downhill with the rest of the music industry. I'm glad to say this seems so far like it's at least as good as Pearl Jam  (the Avacado Album).
